Seattle

My husband and I have called Seattle home for the past 30 years and have seen it grow in ways that were simply unimaginable when we first moved here.

From the start, we knew we wanted to live downtown and rented a condo half a block from the iconic Pike Place Market. Other than purchasing a unit one floor below where we first rented, we have stayed in the same building all these years because we love it so.

Having a bird’s-eye view from our 10th-floor aerie, we can see the ferry boats plying Elliott Bay, all the way south to King Station, north to the entrance of the Market, and up to the Convention Center. Here are a few of my favorite Waterlogue paintings of our beloved adopted city.
