Before retiring at the end of 2014, I was a professional food-and-wine writer, with seven published books under my belt. The Pike Place Public Market Seafood Cookbook is still available in both print and e-editions and you’ll find lots of recipes and cooking tips on my Northwest Wining and Dining website.

As you can imagine, during my more than 25 years documenting the people, places, food, and drink of the Pacific Northwest I snapped thousands of photos. Some of the photos are also from my travels around the world.
